PSI-MET: Metabolomics Coordination Working Group
The Metabolomics Coordination Working Group is composed of academic researchers, bioinformatics software developers, and government researchers. The main goal of the Metabolomics Coordination Working Group is to provide metadata and data formats to report results from small molecule mass spectrometry, typically from biological origin, by defining the community-driven standardized mzTab-M file format, associated controlled vocabulary terms, and to review, suggest additions to and integrations with other HUPO-PSI formats that are also of interest for small molecule mass spectrometry. The working group is a community-driven effort that welcomes any contributions from interested researchers and supporters.
