HUPO-PSI Meeting 2026

About

The HUPO-PSI Spring Meeting is an annual event organized by the HUPO Proteomics Standards Initiative, aiming to advance data standardization efforts. This meeting brings together scientists from various areas of proteomics to collaborate on the development of standardized data formats, which are crucial for the field’s continued growth.

We are pleased to announce that this year, in collaboration with ELIXIR-Italy, the HUPO-PSI Spring Meeting will take place from May 5 until May 8, 2026 at the CNR, Italian National Research Council, in Rome, Italy.

– Learn about the current activities of the different working groups in the PSI Standards Education Day (Day 1 of the meeting).
– Present your work, expand your network, and collaborate with a supportive community.
– Contribute to the development of open data standards in proteomics and metabolomics.
– Participate in the ELIXIR-IT Metabolomics Community meeting on May 8th to identify user requirements to develop interoperable services, tools, and resources, collaborating with other ELIXIR communities and platforms.
