The meeting will take place in the Skaggs School of Pharmacy, San Diego, California, USA, on March 12-14, 2012.
Mission Statement
The PSI Spring meeting, now in its tenth year, is a hands-on workshop for the community-based development of data representation standards in Proteomics. Based on results of previous activities, the 2012 meeting in San Diego will focus on the further development of data standards such as mzQuantML (for the representation of quantitative mass spectrometry data) and TraML (for the representation of SRM transitions).
The first day will be devoted to introductory talks and sessions, the second and third day will focus on concrete, joint further development of the PSI standards.
The PSI meeting will be followed by other two meetings (by invitation only):
- PSIMEX EU grant: March 15-16th.
- ProteomeXchange EU grant second meeting: March 15-16th.
