Case Description

The HUPO PSI Mass Spectrometry Standards Working Group (MSS WG) has begun developing a draft specification for a standardized format for the exchange and transmission of transition lists for selected reaction monitoring (SRM) experiments. This specification is still in an early draft form and feedback is actively desired. Please email the list psidev-ms-dev@lists.sourceforge.net with your comments and suggestions.

New TraML 0.9.4 Unfinished Specification

The information and documents in this subsection are related to TraML 0.9.4, currently in development in early 2010. Everyone is encouraged to examine and comment on the draft at any time.

Controlled Vocabulary and Mapping Files:

- Latest mapping file, which defines where certain controlled vocabulary terms may be used in a document.

- Latest development version of the CV (from CVS) in OBO 1.2 format (note that you can explore the file more easily using OBO-Edit) or you can explore the CV at BioPortal.

- Latest semantic validator mapping file (not yet available), which defines where certain controlled vocabulary terms may be used in a document (information page).

- A definition of ontologies can be found in ontologies.xml
